tarts
so my tarts are crap. the first batch i made were so yummy! so i got really excited about making them. but i ran our of un-bleached white all purpose and used whole wheat pastery instead. turns out you cant substitute the flour. they're dence and gross. the other thing is - i had them in the oven for what seemed like an hour. but they didnt cook fast. i think my oven is broken. this is not something that i want to deal with right before i'm to make a turkey dinner. oh dear.
